Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed as soon as you complete it, and you will receive an email confirming it. We do not take payment online and do not ask for card details.

Payment is made in person at the session, to your coach. The amount is the price shown when you booked; a later change to our published prices does not affect a booking you have already confirmed.

A session that is not delivered is not payable. Where you have already paid for a session we then cancel, we will return that amount to you directly.

A training plan sets a recurring time, coach, and location. Each session is paid for on the day, exactly as a one-off booking is. This is not a subscription, nothing is charged in advance, and there is no minimum term.

Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree to tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy, or accommodation that affects a player's participation, and to keep emergency contact details current. This information is shared only with the coaches delivering that player's sessions and with authorized staff.

A player under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for bookings, payment, and consents. Where several guardians are attached to a player, each may hold different permissions.

We may decline or end training where behaviour puts a player, a coach, or others at risk. Where we do so, sessions not delivered are not charged.

We do not guarantee roster selection, scholarships, professional opportunities, or that training prevents injury. We commit to structured, documented coaching — not to outcomes outside our control.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you booked is the version recorded against that booking, and remains the version that applies to it.
