Account details for the person booking: name, email, and phone. Player details needed to coach safely: name, age or date of birth where required, and any safety or accommodation information you choose to tell us. Your booking history, and whether each session has been paid for.

We never see or store card details of any kind. Payment is taken in person at the session, so no card information ever reaches this website — we record only that a session was paid for, and when.

Safety notes, emergency contacts, and documents are restricted. A coach sees only what is needed for the sessions they are delivering, and only for the players in those sessions. Access is enforced by the system, not by policy alone.

Sensitive information is never included in ordinary email or text messages.

To schedule and deliver sessions, keep track of what has been paid for, send confirmations and reminders, and record what happened in a session. We use aggregate, non-identifying information to understand how the service is used.

Marketing messages are separate from operational ones. You can turn marketing off without losing booking confirmations or schedule changes.

Accounts for players under 18 are held by a parent or guardian. We collect the minimum needed to coach safely. Media consent is always separate and always optional — declining it does not affect training.

Booking, payment, consent, and safety records are retained while your account is active and afterwards where we are legally required to keep them. Closing an account does not delete records we must retain for financial or legal reasons.

You can correct your details, change communication preferences, request a copy of your data, or ask us to close your account. Contact us and we will confirm what we can action.
